Cooking appliances only

What we fix

We work on cooking equipment: ranges, rangetops, cooktops, wall ovens, convection steam ovens, warming drawers, coffee systems, microwaves, vacuum-seal drawers, ventilation hoods and outdoor grills. Wolf does not build refrigeration — that is Sub-Zero, a sister brand under the same parent — so a refrigerator call is not one we take.

Everything on this site is cooking equipment.

Two things drive most of the failures we see in this part of Florida, and they are worth knowing before you read any of the pages below. Roughly 68 thunderstorm days a year take control boards out in ways that look convincingly mechanical — an element that heats sometimes, a mode that quietly stopped working, a display that no longer matches what the appliance is doing. And in the coastal ZIPs, salt air stiffens hinge pins and seizes fasteners years earlier than it would inland, which shows up as an oven that has stopped baking evenly long before it shows up as visible corrosion.

The rest is installation. A professional appliance squeezed into an opening that is slightly too tight runs hot behind the fascia for its whole life, a modern hood connected to somebody's 1970s ductwork will never perform to its rating, and a range sharing a circuit with half the counter produces intermittent faults that look exactly like a failing board. On every page below, the installation gets ruled out before the appliance gets condemned.
