This website collects nothing. There are no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no embedded fonts from anyone else's server and no forms to fill in.
What the website does
It serves pages. Every page here is a static file. The typefaces are served from this same domain, the images and the illustrations are drawn or stored here, there is no analytics package, no tag manager, no advertising script, no social widget and no embedded map. Load any page with a network inspector open and you will see requests to this domain and to nowhere else.
Because there is nothing to track with, we set no cookies and no local storage. There is no consent banner on this site for the same reason there is no cookie policy: neither would have anything to describe.
What the host can see
The site is served by a commercial hosting provider, and like every web server in the world theirs records ordinary request data — the IP address a request came from, the page requested, the time, the browser's user-agent string. That is a function of how the internet works rather than a choice we made, and we use those records only to keep the site up. We do not build profiles from them and we do not combine them with anything else.
What you tell us on the phone
When you call (904) 478-8963 to book a visit — the only way in, since there is no form and no mailbox — we take the details the job needs: your name, the service address, a contact number, and what the appliance is doing. If you read us the model and serial from the data plate, we keep that with the job.
We use it to schedule the visit, to bring the right parts, to write the estimate, and afterwards to honour the warranty on the work — which is why the job record outlives the visit. We do not sell it, rent it, trade it or hand it to a marketing company. We share it only where the work itself requires it, such as ordering a part that has to ship to your address.
How long we keep it
Job records are kept while the parts warranty could still be claimed and for a reasonable period after that for our own accounting. If you would rather we deleted your record sooner, ask, and we will — bearing in mind that a deleted record makes a warranty claim considerably harder to honour.
Asking us about your information
Call (904) 478-8963 and ask what we hold, ask for a copy, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. There is no form and no portal; the person who answers the phone deals with it.
