How to read this page
Each entry below is one visit: what failed, what the technician measured, what was changed and how the call ended. Nothing has been trimmed to make a repair sound tidier than it was. The job that needed a second trip is here, and so are the part that arrived late, the counter left in a state and the appointment that moved.
The figure at the top is the mean of every published entry, all 95 of them, and the 22 printed here are the most recent. The others are not held back: each one leads the page for the repair or the place it describes, so you meet it where it is useful. A run of nothing but top marks would tell you less than the mix does, and a bench that has never had a part turn up wrong is a bench nobody has ever used.
What is deliberately not in them
No entry quotes a figure. What a visit costs belongs on the pricing page, where the band it came from is printed and can be held against the invoice, and what happens afterwards belongs on the warranty page. Nor will you find a refrigerator here. We work on cooking equipment: ranges, rangetops, cooktops, wall ovens, convection steam ovens, warming drawers, coffee systems, microwaves, vacuum-seal drawers, ventilation hoods and outdoor grills. Wolf does not build refrigeration — that is Sub-Zero, a sister brand under the same parent — so a refrigerator call is not one we take.

- Every entry is one visit to one kitchen, published with a first name and a last initial. Nothing has been trimmed to make a repair sound tidier than it was, which is why the job that needed a second trip and the part that turned up wrong are both on this page.
- Why are 22 printed here when the rating counts 95?
- The rating is a statement about the whole pool, so it counts all 95. The page prints the most recent 22 in full, because a wall of quotes tells a reader less than a readable page does. The rest lead the repair and service-area pages they describe.
- Why does no review mention what the work cost?
- Because a figure quoted inside a review cannot be checked against anything. What a visit costs belongs on the pricing page, where the band it came from is printed and can be held against the invoice, and what happens afterwards belongs on the warranty page.

The hood rattled hard enough to hear from the next room. A blower wheel had worked loose on its shaft and was running out of balance. He refitted and rebalanced it, then tightened the whole chassis.

The oven in the range would not hold a temperature through a long bake. He traced it to a sensor reading high once the cavity was hot, fitted a new one, and sat through two full cycles to prove it.
