How to read this page
Each entry below is one visit. What failed, what the technician measured, what was changed and how the call ended. They are published with a first name and a last initial, and nothing has been trimmed to make a repair sound tidier than it was. The job that needed a second trip is here. So is the part that arrived late, the counter that was left in a state, and the appointment that moved.
The figure at the top is the mean of exactly the entries printed underneath it. There is no wider pool held back somewhere and no separate number: add the stars up and you land on the same average. A run of nothing but top marks would tell you less than the mix does, and a bench that has never had a part turn up wrong is a bench nobody has ever used.
What is deliberately not in them
No entry quotes a figure. What a visit costs belongs on the pricing page, where it can be checked against the invoice, and what happens afterwards belongs on the warranty page. Nor will you find a refrigerator anywhere on this page. We work on cooking equipment: ranges, rangetops, cooktops, wall ovens, convection steam ovens, warming drawers, coffee systems, microwaves, vacuum-seal drawers, ventilation hoods and outdoor grills. Wolf does not build refrigeration — that is Sub-Zero, a sister brand under the same parent — so a refrigerator call is not one we take.

The hood had begun to howl on the top two speeds. Its blower wheel was loaded with grease down one side. He cleaned and rebalanced the wheel, then replaced baffle filters that had warped out of shape.

The infrared charbroiler would not come up to heat at all. He found the element cracked and a blocked orifice feeding it, replaced both, and set the air shutter so it burns clean when there is food on it.
