We cover 40 miles by road from Fruit Cove in St. Johns County. Every distance we publish is drive distance, measured on the road you would actually take, not a straight line on a map.

What to have ready when you call
Four things make the first visit much more likely to be the only visit, and none of them take long to gather.
Which appliance, precisely. A rangetop and a range are different machines. A wall oven and a convection steam oven behave nothing alike. If there is a model and serial label — usually behind a door, under a drawer or along an edge of the frame — a photograph of it is worth more than any description.
The symptom rather than the diagnosis. Tell us what you observe, not what you think it is. "The oven takes half an hour to reach 350 and bread crusts before it rises" tells us far more than "the thermostat is broken", and it is a great deal more likely to be right.
When it started, and what else happened that week. Storms matter here. Roughly 68 thunderstorm days a year cross this area, and appliance control boards fail after surges in ways that look mechanical rather than electrical. If the appliance changed behaviour in the same week as heavy weather, say so.
Your ZIP code, and roughly when the kitchen was built. The ZIP sets the drive. The vintage sets our expectations: a kitchen designed around its appliances behaves very differently from one where a professional range was fitted into cabinetry that predates it by thirty years, and that difference decides what we bring with us.
Before you call, check the scope
We work on cooking equipment: ranges, rangetops, cooktops, wall ovens, convection steam ovens, warming drawers, coffee systems, microwaves, vacuum-seal drawers, ventilation hoods and outdoor grills. Wolf does not build refrigeration — that is Sub-Zero, a sister brand under the same parent — so a refrigerator call is not one we take.
