The residential code requires makeup air for kitchen exhaust systems rated over 400 CFM, and that requirement exists for exactly these houses. If your Nocatee hood is loud and your kitchen still smells of dinner, we would rather check the airflow path and the makeup air situation than sell you a blower. ## What we do not see much of here Nocatee kitchens were designed around built-in appliances from the start, so we spend very little time here on the fitting problems that dominate work in the older Jacksonville neighbourhoods: undersized cabinet openings, missing dedicated circuits, ducts that were improvised in 1962. When something does need to come out of the cabinetry in 32081, it comes out the way it went in, which makes the job predictable and the estimate honest. What replaces those problems is the pair above — the commissioning details nobody finished, and the electronics.
