- Parts we supplied and fitted: 365 days. Genuine OEM parts.
- A part you supplied yourself: labor only. We stand behind the fitting, not the component.
- Work you declined: not covered, and written on the estimate so the record is clear.

## Who does the work

- EPA Section 608 certified technicians. EPA Section 608 is the federal certification required to open a sealed refrigeration system. Our technicians hold it. It is a government credential and carries no manufacturer endorsement.
- Independent — not factory authorized. We are an independent shop. We are not part of any manufacturer service network, which means we answer to the person who owns the appliance and nobody else.
